The first Kigo product was created in 2008 by vacation rental owners who saw an opportunity to provide a comprehensive system to streamline and manage their businesses. The acquisition by RealPage in 2014 allowed us to merge the best features of Kigo and InstaManager and create one comprehensive product. Since that time, Kigo has quickly grown into the leading provider of vacation rental software in the world.
